TeamWork WA started in 2021 with a vision to make a difference amongst individuals who struggle to find employment in Western Australia.  Barriers to employment may include literacy challenges, mental health challenges, a background in substance abuse, incarceration or cultural challenges.

Not just another construction or mining labour hire - we are proud to support all employees with emotional and mental health support through the work of on-site mentors.  Additionally, we provide through Stronger Australia subsidised drug and alcohol counselling as well as mental health counselling and check-ins.

In addition, TeamWork WA provides on the job training and upskilling for employees with the goal to support our staff to build successful careers in the construction and mining industries.
